中医特色护理在慢性胃炎患者中的应用效果

Application effects of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in patients with chronic gastritis

目的:观察中医特色护理在慢性胃炎患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年9月至2020年10月该院收治的112例慢性胃炎患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为对照组与研究组各56例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用中医特色护理。比较两组护理前后负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]评分、自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、中医证候积分、胃肠道生活质量指数量表(GIQLI)评分和护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组GSES评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组自觉症状、躯体生理功能状态、日常生活和社会活动状态、心理情绪状态等GIQLI评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为96.43%,高于对照组的76.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用中医特色护理可降低慢性胃炎患者负性情绪评分和中医证候积分,提高自我效能感评分、生命质量评分和护理满意度,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:The clinical data of 112 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to the hospital from September 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and study group,56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],the general self-efficacy scale(GSES),the TCM syndrome score,the gastrointestinal quality of life inventory(GIQLI),and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the HAMA scores and the HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GSES scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,that in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GIQLI scores of subjective symptoms,physical and physiological function status,daily life and social activity status,psychological and emotional status in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.43%,which was higher than 76.79%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing can reduce the negative emotion scores and the TCM syndrome scores of the patients with chronic gastritis,and improve the self-efficacy scores,the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
