综合护理在初次机采血小板献血者中的应用效果

Application effects of comprehensive nursing in first machine-collected platelet donors

目的:观察综合护理在初次机采血小板献血者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年于济宁市中心血站初次机采血小板的86名献血者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各43名。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,比较两组心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分、献血反应度、护理舒适度和疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分。结果:机采后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于机采前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组献血反应度和VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理应用于初次机采血小板献血者,可减轻其焦虑、抑郁情绪和献血反应度,提高护理舒适度,其效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of comprehensive nursing in first machine-collected platelet donors.Methods:86 first machine-collected platelet donors in Jining Blood Center in 2020 were selected for the prospective study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received the comprehensive nursing.The scores of psychological state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],the blood donation reaction,the nursing comfort degree,and the pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After the machine collection,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the machine collection,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood donation reaction degree and the VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing comfort of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Comprehensive nursing for the first machine-collected platelet donors can reduce the patients’anxiety,depression and blood donation reaction and improve the nursing comfort.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
