五育并举视域下劳动教育观的跟进式培育探索

摘要 针对劳动教育在“德智体美劳”五育中处于相对弱势地位这一现象,探索“跟进式”培育路径,即“劳动教育与四育融合、教育资源整合、家校社联合”,旨在有效弥补劳动教育发展短板,推动“德智体美劳”五育协调发展、融合育人。 In view of the phenomenon that labor education is in a relatively weak position in"five-dimension"education,we explore the"follow-up"cultivation path,namely,"Integration of labor education and moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic education,integration of educational resources,and integration of family、school and society",aiming to effectively make up for the shortcomings of labor education development,and promote the coordinated development and integrated education of the moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labour education.
