摘要
制备了一种水性环氧导静电自流平地坪面漆,详细探讨了水性环氧固化剂与树脂的物质的量比、导电材料种类及添加量、底漆电阻和面漆施工用量对水性环氧导静电自流平的漆膜表观效果、漆膜电阻及其他物理性能的影响。结果表明,固化剂/树脂物质的量比为1.1~1.2、添加1%的金属纤维与导电云母粉组成的复合导电浆、底漆电阻≤1×10^(5)Ω、面漆施工用量在0.9~1.2kg/m^(2)时,水性环氧导静电自流平地坪面漆的漆膜颜色正常、表面效果最佳、流平好、面漆电阻在1×10^(6)Ω以下(导静电),同时具备良好的物理性能。
A waterborne epoxy electrostatic conductive self-leveling floor topcoat was prepared.The effects of the equivalent ratio of waterborne epoxy curing agent to resin,the type and addition amount of conductive material,primer resistance and topcoat construction amount on the apparent effect,film resistance and other physical properties of waterborne epoxy electrostatic conductive self-leveling paint film were discussed in detail.The results show that the waterborne epoxy electrostatic conductive self-leveling floor topcoat exhibts normal film color,best surface effect,good leveling performance with its resistance below 1×10^(6)Ωwhen the equivalent ratio of curing agent to resin is 1.1-1.2,the composite conductive paste composed of 1%metal fiber and conductive mica powder is added,the primer resistance is not more than 1×105Ωand the topcoat construction amount is 0.9-1.2 kg/m2,meanwhile,it has good physical properties.
