摘要
基于港口起重机械设备在钢板预处理阶段需要使用水性车间底漆进行钢板临时防护,主要研究了水性车间底漆的耐切割性能和耐焊接性能,并通过实验论证了水性车间底漆与常规溶剂型车间底漆在焊接切割性能方面的差异。结果表明,水性车间底漆可以达到与溶剂型车间底漆一致的焊接切割性能,达到港机设备钢板预处理使用的技术要求。
This paper is based on the use of water-based shop primer for temporary protection of steel plate in the pretreatment stage of steel plate for port machinery equipment.This paper mainly studies the cutting resistance and welding resistance of water-based shop primer,and demonstrates the difference between water-based shop primer and conventional solvent-based shop primer in welding and cutting performance through experiments.The experiment proves that the water-based shop primer can achieve the same welding and cutting performance as the solventbased shop primer and meet the technical requirements for pretreatment of steel plate of port machinery equipment.
