Analysis on Bending Cause of 12MnNiVR Hot Rolled Steel Plate

本文对钢板在生产过程中弯曲原因进行了调查研究。通过对弯曲钢板不平度进行测量,掌握了钢板弯曲变形规律。通过分析钢板弯曲形貌和变形机理,找到了导致钢板弯曲的原因。通过对钢板生产的各个环节进行分析排查,确定了钢板弯曲的主要工序环节。针对如何防止钢板在生产过程弯曲变形的问题提出了改进建议。依据用户使用工况条件,对工厂钢板制造质量提出了要求,对用户补充完善订货技术协议提出了建议。

This paper gave an investigation on the cause of steel plate bending during production.The bending deformation law of steel plate was cleared by measuring the irregularities of bending steel plate.The cause of the steel plate bending was found per analyzing on the steel plate bending morphology and deformation mechanism.The main process links of steel plate bending was determined through the analysis and investigation of each link of steel plate production.Some suggestions on how to prevent bending deformation in the production process was given.According to the user’s working conditions,the requirements for the steel plate manufacturing quality of the factory were put forward,and the suggestions were made for the user to supplement and improve the order technical agreement.
