油气输送管道用弯管管件制造问题探讨

Discussion on the Problems of the Manufacturing of Bends and Fittings for Oil and Gas Transmission Pipelines

本文探讨了油气输送管道用弯管管件制造中存在的问题,按照问题类型将弯管管件生产制造中发现和处理的重要质量问题进行统计,初步归纳为原材料类、成形制造类、工艺文件类、无损检测类、理化试验类和外观几何尺寸类等6大类问题;同时,详细阐述了弯管管件行业存在的主要问题,并提出针对性改进建议,以有效减少弯管管件制造过程中的不合格因素,提升油气输送管道用物资的质量品质,有效降低弯管管件现场使用中的失效风险。

This paper discusses the problems existing in the manufacturing of bending pipe fittings for oil and gas pipelines.According to the types of problems,the important quality problems found and dealt with in the production and manufacturing of pipe bending fittings were counted and preliminarily summarized into six categories:raw material problems,molding manufacturing problems,process documents problems,non-destructive testing problems,physical and chemical test problems,and appearance geometry problems.At the same time,it elaborated on the main problems existing in the pipe bending fittings industry and put forward specific improvement suggestions to effectively reduce the unqualified factors in the manufacturing process of pipe bending fittings,improve the quality of materials used in oil and gas pipeline,and effectively reduce the failure risk of pipe bending fittings in field use.
