High pressure feedwater heater is an important part of the regenerative system of thermal power units,which has an important impact on the safe operation of equipment.From the perspective of equipment manufacturing supervision,according to the equipment supervision contract,equipment procurement technical agreement and relevant standards,this paper plans,implements,finds and handles quality problems of equipment supervision,helps the owner avoid quality problems,ensures that the equipment is qualified and leaves the factory,and lays a foundation for subsequent unit operation.At the same time,it also explores and improves the working mode and method of equipment supervision,which also provides reference for similar equipment manufacturing supervision.
