摘要
本文针对机组给水泵液耦工作供油油管断裂和勺管断裂引发液耦转速异常降低和升高而导致锅炉水位保护动作的设备异常事件,通过对给水泵调速液耦发生的2起典型事故案例的分析,依据事件原因及故障情况下机组出现的运行参数的异常变化规律,结合给水泵液耦的工作原理,分析制定了给水泵联锁保护控制逻辑的优化措施,可在一定程度上降低同类事件对机组安全稳定运行的影响,从而提高系统设备的整体可靠性。
This paper aims at the equipment abnormal events of the boiler water level protection action caused by the abnormal reduction and increase of the liquid coupling speed of the oil supply pipe and the spoon pipe fracture in the fluid coupling operation of the unit feed water pump,based on the analysis of two typical accident cases of feed water pump speed governing fluid coupling,according to the cause of the accident and the abnormal variation law of the operating parameters of the unit under the condition of fault,and combined with the working principle of feed water pump fluid coupling,the optimization measures of feed water pump interlock protection control logic are analyzed,which can reduce the influence of similar events on the safe and stable operation of units to a certain extent and improve the overall reliability of system equipment.
