机电设备安装是化工企业保障日常生产的重要前提,为明确化工机电设备安装控制与管理优化策略,提高设备安装质量和效率,本文阐述了化工工程机电安装工程设备施工特征与主要技术内容,结合实际情况,主要从构建监管体系、严格监督材料质量以及强化人员责任意识3个方面论述了机电设备安装控制与管理优化策略,为保证机电设备在化工企业日常生产中发挥最大功效提供一定借鉴。

Mechanical and electrical equipment installation is an important premise for chemical enterprises to ensure daily production.In order to clarify the optimization strategy of installation control and management of mechanical and electrical equipment in chemical engineering,and improve the installation quality and efficiency of equipment,this paper describes the characteristics and main technical content of mechanical and electrical installation and construction equipment in chemical engineering.This paper mainly discusses the optimization strategy of mechanical and electrical equipment installation control and management from three aspects of the construction of supervision system,strict supervision of material quality and strengthening of personnel consciousness of responsibility,which provides some reference for ensuring the maximum effect of mechanical and electrical equipment in the daily production of chemical enterprises.
