摘要
消费者在购买服装时会遇见各种各样的质量问题,涉及到服装的方方面面。文章以服装质量问题消费者投诉现状为研究背景,对消费者遇见消费纠纷维权难的问题展开研究,分析了服装质量的高投诉率原因及如何改善服装质量高投诉率的措施,从而解决维权难的问题,为消费者营造更好的购物环境。
Consumers will encounter a variety of quality issues when purchasing clothing,covering all aspects of clothing.The paper takes the current situation of consumer complaints about clothing quality issues as the research background,conducts research on the difficulty of consumer rights protection when encountering consumer disputes,and analyzes the reasons for the high complaint rate of clothing quality and measures to improve it,so as to solve the problem of difficult rights protection and create a better shopping environment for consumers.
