间隔织物应用于可穿戴柔性压力传感器的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着纺织品的智能化发展,应用于纺织品中的柔性可穿戴压力传感器可以实现与人体表面的完全贴合,将织物表面受到的压力转化成为信号进行检测,实现各种传感功能。柔性可穿戴压力传感器具有高灵敏度、响应速度快、柔韧性好等优点,采用间隔织物作为结构织造的柔性压力传感器改善了传感器本身抗冲击性能差的缺点,提高了传感器的耐用性。间隔织物在可穿戴柔性压电传感器中的应用将会成为一个重要的研究方向。文章对柔性传感器进行了分类,对压力传感器的种类、机理、优缺点进行了说明,并对在间隔织物结构上设计制造可穿戴柔性压力传感器的技术进行了归纳总结。 With the intelligent development of textiles,the flexible wearable pressure sensor applied to textiles can achieve complete adhesion to the surface of the human body,convert the pressure on the surface of the fabric into a signal for detection,and realize various sensing functions.The flexible wearable pressure sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity,fast response and good flexibility.The flexible pressure sensor using spacer fabric as the structure overcomes the shortcomings of the poor impact resistance of the sensor itself and improves the durability of the sensor.The application of spacer fabric in wearable flexible piezoelectric sensor will become an important research direction.In this paper,the types of flexible sensors are classified,the types,mechanisms,advantages and disadvantages of pressure sensors are expounded,and the technology of designing and manufacturing wearable flexible pressure sensors on spacer fabric structures is summarized.
