血糖、血脂水平与早发型子痫前期患者胎盘早剥的相关性

Correlations among blood glucose and blood lipid levels and placental abruption in patients with early-onset preeclampsia

目的:观察血糖、血脂水平与早发型子痫前期患者胎盘早剥的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年9月该院收治的102例早发型子痫前期患者的临床资料,按是否发生胎盘早剥分为发生组32例和未发生组70例。另收集同期于该院体检的70名健康孕妇的临床资料,设为健康组。比较三组血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)]水平,采用点二列相关性分析FPG、2hPG、TC、TG水平与早发型子痫前期患者胎盘早剥的相关性。结果:发生组和未发生组FPG、2hPG、TC、TG水平高于健康组,且发生组高于未发生组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组HbA1c、HDL、LDL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);点二列相关性分析结果显示,FPG、2hPG、TC、TG水平与早发型子痫前期患者胎盘早剥呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:FPG、2hPG、TC、TG水平与早发型子痫前期患者胎盘早剥呈正相关。

Objective:To observe correlations among blood glucose and blood lipid levels and placental abruption in patients with early-onset preeclampsia.Methods:The clinical data of 102 patients with early-onset preeclampsia admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether placental abruption occurred,they were divided into occurrence group(32 cases)and non-occurrence group(70 cases).The clinical data of 70 healthy pregnant women who underwent physical examination in this hospital during the same period were collected and were set as the healthy group.The levels of blood glucose[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)]and blood lipids[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL)]were compared among the three groups.The correlations among the FPG,2hPG,TC,TG levels and placental abruption in the patients with early onset preeclampsia were analyzed by point-biserial correlation analysis.Results:The levels of FPG,2hPG,TC,and TG in the occurrence group and non-occurrence group were higher than those in the healthy group,those in the occurrence group were higher than those in non-occurrence group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of HbA1c,HDL,and LDL among the three groups(P>0.05).The point-biserial correlation analysis showed that the levels of FPG,2hPG,TC,and TG were positively correlated with placental abruption in the early-onset preeclampsia patients(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of FPG,2hPG,TC and TG are positively correlated with placental abruption in the patients with early-onset preeclampsia.
