制霉素片联合复方氯己定含漱液治疗正畸后口腔念珠菌感染患者的效果

Effects of Nystatin tablets combined with Compound chlorhexidine gargle in treatment of oral Candida infection after orthodontic treatment

目的:观察制霉素片联合复方氯己定含漱液治疗正畸后口腔念珠菌感染患者的效果。方法:选取2019年8月至2021年10月该院收治的70例正畸后口腔念珠菌感染患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组采用复方氯己定含漱液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合制霉素片治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后口腔念珠菌菌落数、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-17]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的74.29%(26/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组念珠菌菌落数均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清IL-6、IL-17水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:制霉素片联合复方氯己定含漱液治疗正畸后口腔念珠菌感染患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低念珠菌菌落数和炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯复方氯己定含漱液治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Nystatin tablets combined with Compound chlorhexidine gargle in treatment of oral candida infection after orthodontic treatment.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 patients with oral Candida infection after orthodontic treatment admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to October 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each.The control group was treated with Compound chlorhexidine gargle,while the observation group was treated with Nystatin tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the number of oral Candida colonies,the serum inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-17]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 74.29%(26/35)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the number of Candida colonies in both groups was lower than that before the treatment,that in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-17 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Nystatin tablets combined with Compound chlorhexidine gargle can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the number of candida colonies and the levels of inflammatory factors in the patients with oral Candida infection after orthodontic treatment.Moreover,it is superior to single Compound chlorhexidine gargle treatment.
