袋鼠式护理联合抚触护理在新生儿肺炎患儿中的应用效果

Effects of kangaroo nursing combined with touch nursing for children with neonatal pneumonia

目的:观察袋鼠式护理联合抚触护理在新生儿肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2021年6月该院收治的90例新生儿肺炎患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为A组、B组和C组各30例。A组给予常规护理,B组在A组基础上给予抚触护理,C组在A组基础上给予袋鼠式护理联合抚触护理,比较三组生命体征(心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度)、智能发育指数(MDI)评分和症状(咳嗽、发热、肺部湿啰音)消失时间。结果:护理7 d后,B组、C组心率、呼吸频率低于A组,且C组低于B组,B组、C组血氧饱和度高于A组,且C组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院3个月后,B组、C组MDI评分高于A组,且C组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组、C组咳嗽、发热、肺部湿啰音等症状消失时间短于A组,且C组短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上采用袋鼠式护理联合抚触护理用于新生儿肺炎患儿可改善其生命体征,提高其MDI评分,缩短其症状消失时间,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe effects of kangaroo nursing combined with touch nursing on neonatal pneumonia Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 90 children with neonatal pneumonia from June 2018 to June 2021.They were divided into group A,group B and group C according to the random number table method,30 cases in each.Group A was given routine nursing,group B was given touching nursing on the basis of that of group A,and group C was given kangaroo nursing combined with touching nursing on the basis of that of group A.The disappearance time of vital signs(heart rate,respiratory rate,oxygen saturation),the mental development index(MDI),and the symptoms(cough,fever,lung moist rales)were compared among the three groups.Results:After 7 days of nursing,the heart rate and the respiratory rate of groups B and C were lower than those of group A,and those of group C were lower those of than group B;the oxygen saturation of groups B and C was higher than that of group A,and those of group C was higher than those of group B;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after discharge,the MDI level in groups B and C was higher than that in group A,and that in group C was higher than that in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,lung wet rales and other symptoms in groups B and C was shorter than that in group A,that in group C was shorter than that in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the kangaroo nursing combined with the touch nursing for the children with neonatal pneumonia can improve their vital signs,improve their MDI levels and shorten the time of symptom disappearance.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
