Analysis of Syndrome Differentiation Based on Meridians and Collateralsof Lumbago

腰痛是针灸科的常见病和优势病种之一,经络辨证对腰痛的针灸治疗具有重要的指导意义。通过总结腰痛经络辨证的相关资料,发现腰痛的经络辨证可通过辨位归经和辨病归经来明确诊断;从经络循行及经络病候的角度,可将腰痛分为督脉型、太阳经型、少阳经型、少阴经型和混合型五类。对于腰痛的针灸治疗,循经取穴和压痛点、阳性反应点等,阿是穴的选取是关键,同时也应重视辨病取穴,以更好地提高疗效。目前腰痛的经络辨证尚缺乏客观精确的诊断和评价方法,需要进一步研究和探讨。

Lumbago is one of the common and dominant diseases in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion.The syndrome differentiation based on meridians and collaterals has important guiding significance for the treatment of lumbago.This paper summarized the related data of the syndrome differentiation based on meridians and collaterals of lumbago.It is found that the syndrome differentiation based on meridians and collaterals of lumbago can be diagnosed clearly by distinguishing the position meridians and disease meridians of lumbago.From the angle of meridian circulation,lumbago can be divided into five types:Du meridian type,Taiyang meridian type,Shaoyang meridian type,Shaoyin meridian type and mixed type.For the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lumbago,selecting acupoint along meridians and Ashi points such aspressure point and positive reaction points is the key,and the selection of acupoints for disease differentiation should also be emphasized in order to improve the curative effect.But at the moment,there is still a lack of accurate and objective diagnosis and evaluation method for the syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals of lumbago,which needs further study and discussion.
