Tracing and Discrimination of"Ghost Acupoints"Evolution

对中医文献中“鬼穴”概念的包含及其演变规律进行研究,有助于正确评价和使用鬼穴相关中医文献的价值。早期的“鬼穴”版本众多,如“李氏十鬼穴”“徐秋夫十三鬼穴”“孙思邈十三鬼穴”“十七鬼穴”等,同版“鬼穴”在穴位选择上也由于流通传授等原因出现了差异。文章将从起源、穴位名称等方面进行溯源和比较,寻求不同体系下鬼穴更精准的内容及应用,勘正讹误,使其更好地临床指导。

The study on the inclusion and evolution of the concept of"ghost acupoint"in traditional Chinese medicine literature is helpful to properly evaluate and use the value of traditional Chinese medicine literature related to ghost acupoint.There were many versions of"ghost acupoints"in the early stage,such as"Li's ten ghost acupoints","Xu Qiufu's thirteen ghost acupoints","Sun Simiao's thirteen ghost acupoints","Seventeen ghost acupoints",etc.There’re differences in the selection of acupoints in the same version due to inheritance from generation to generation.This paper will trace and compare the origin,acupoint name to seek more accurate content and application of ghost acupoint under different systems,correct errors and make it better clinical guidance.
