基于循证理念的中西医结合护理对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛中医症状积分及生活质量的影响

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Based on Evidence-Based Concept on Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Score and Quality of Life in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的探讨基于循证理念的中西医结合护理在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛患者中的应用价值。方法选择2021年1月—2021年12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者82例,按随机数字表法分为两组各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于循证理念的中西医结合护理,两组均护理4周。对比分析两组中医症状积分、生活质量、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组胸闷、胸痛、心悸气短、面色紫黯、瘀点瘀斑中医症状积分及总积分低于对照组,西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)中各维度评分及总分、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于循证理念的中西医结合护理能够有效改善冠心病心绞痛患者临床症状,提高生活质量,从而获得更高的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing based on evidence-based concept in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods 82 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing based on evidence-based concept.Both groups received 4 weeks of nursing.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and total scores of chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation,shortness of breath,purple complexion,petechiae and ecchymosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores and total scores of each dimension and nursing satisfaction in the Seattle angina pectoris questionnaire(SAQ)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the evidence-based concept,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,so as to obtain higher nursing satisfaction and high clinical application value.
