中医疗法在髋关节置换手术术后应用的研究进展

Research Progress on the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy after Hip Replacement Surgery

人工髋关节置换术(THA)是治疗髋骨关节病终末期的最重要的手段之一,然THA仍有可能存在术后疼痛、凝血异常、下肢肿胀等影响患者术后恢复和功能锻炼的术后并发症的可能,严重的可影响患者的生活质量。文章研究了近20年中医在髋关节置换手术术后的应用研究,探寻中医疗法在THA手术术后对患者的影响,以期能找到加快患者功能恢复、增加患者生活治疗的治疗方案。

Hip replacement(THA)is one of the most important treatments for end-stage hip osteoarthritis.However,THA may still have postoperative pain,abnormal blood coagulation,lower extremity swelling,etc.,which may affect the postoperative recovery and functional exercise of patients.The possibility of post-complications can seriously affect the quality of life of patients.This review studies the application of traditional Chinese medicine after hip replacement surgery in the past 20 years,and explores the impact of traditional Chinese medicine on patients after THA surgery,in order to find a treatment plan that can speed up the recovery of patients'function and increase their life.
