瓜蒌薤白半夏汤对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后稳定型心绞痛的影响

Effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction(瓜蒌薤白半夏汤)on Stable Angina Pectoris after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后稳定型心绞痛的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年5月—2022年9月辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的81例冠心病PCI术后稳定型心绞痛患者,按照治疗方法分为对照组40例和观察组41例。比较两组中医证候疗效,心电图疗效,心绞痛发作次数、持续时间,生活质量。结果观察组中医证候疗效总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);观察组心电图疗效总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组心绞痛发作次数更少、发作时间更短(P<0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量明显提高,观察组生活质量更优(P<0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白半夏汤可提高冠心病PCI术后稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效,缓解临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction(瓜蒌薤白半夏汤)on stable angina after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for coronary artery disease.Methods Retrospective analysis of 81 patients with stable angina pectoris after PCI in Afiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=41)according to the treatment method.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,ECG efficacy,number and duration of angina attacks,and quality of life level were compared between the two groups.The total effective rate of Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than that of the control group of 77.50%(P<0.05),the total effective rate of ECG in the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than that of the control group 75.00%(P<0.05),after treatment,the number of angina attacks was less and the duration of attacks was shorter in the observation group compared with the two groups(P<0.05),after treatment,the quality of life of patients in the two groups After treatment,the quality of life level of the two groups improved significantly,and the quality of life level of the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with stable angina pectoris after PCI for coronary artery disease,relieve patients'clinical symptoms and improve patients'quality of life.
