耳穴贴压联合整体性综合护理在胰腺炎中的效果及对心理状态的影响

Effect of Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Holistic Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Pancreatitis and its Influence on the Psychological State

目的探讨耳穴贴压联合整体性综合护理在胰腺炎患者中的效果及对患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月焦作市人民医院收治的100例胰腺炎患者,随机分为研究组(n=50)应用耳穴贴压联合整体性综合护理方案和对照组(n=50)常规护理方案,比较两组患者护理效果。结果研究组各症状体征缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组多器官功能障碍评分表中呼吸系统、心血管、血液、神经系统各项目评分与总分均对于对照组(P<0.05);研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压联合整体性综合护理在胰腺炎患者中应用效果显著,患者经过护理后可显著缓解患者症状体征,改善患者多器官功能障碍评分,改善患者心理状态。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular point sticking combined with holistic comprehensive nursing in patients with pancreatitis and its influence on the psychological state of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with pancreatitis admitted of The People's Hospital of Jiaozuo from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.The research subjects were randomly divided into the study group(n=50)using auricular acupoint sticking combined with the overall comprehensive nursing program and the control group(n=50)routine nursing program.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The relief time of each symptom and sign in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the scores and total scores of respiratory system,cardiovascular,blood,and nervous system items in the multi-organ dysfunction score table after nursing in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group.group(P<0.05),after nursing,the scores of HAMA scale and HAMD scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionAuricular point sticking combined with holistic comprehensive nursing has a significant effect in patients with pancreatitis.After nursing,patients can significantly relieve symptoms and signs,improve the score of multiple organ dysfunction,and improve the psychological state of patients,which can be promoted.
