中医肺康复训练结合呼吸导引对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺功能及生活质量的影响

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Lung Rehabilitation Training Combined with Respiratory Guidance on Pulmonary Function and Quality of Life In Elderly Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨中医肺康复训练结合呼吸导引对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月—12月在河南科技大学第一附属医院新区医院呼吸内科就诊的164例老年COPD稳定期患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各82例。对照组按常规护理进行干预,观察组给予中医肺康复训练联合中医呼吸导引干预。两组均干预3疗程。结果干预后,观察组FEV1/FVC、FEV1预计值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),6MWD优于对照组(P<0.05),CAT评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医肺康复训练结合中医呼吸导引能够改善老年COPD稳定期患者肺功能及运动功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine lung rehabilitation training combined with respiratory guidance on pulmonary function and quality of life in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 164 elderly patients with stable COPD treated in the respiratory department of Henan University of Science and Technology First Affiliated Hospital New Area Hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 82 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine lung rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine respiratory guidance intervention.Both groups were intervened for 3 courses.Results After the intervention,the predicted values of FEV1/FVC and FEV 1 in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05),6MWD was bette(P<0.05),and cat score was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine lung rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine respiratory guidance can improve the pulmonary function and motor function of elderly patients with stable COPD and improve the quality of life.
