摘要
为实现装修垃圾的资源化利用,本研究在装修垃圾再生骨料和灰土理化性能检测的基础上,采用振动成型工艺制备免烧砖。其间以抗压强度为优化指标,分析集料配比、水灰比、养护条件对免烧砖抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明,调整集料配比可以改善颗粒级配,提高砖的强度;免烧砖的强度随水灰比的升高呈现先增大后减小的趋势,水灰比应在满足砖坯成型条件下尽可能小;养护阶段,湿度是免烧砖强度形成的重要因素。在粗骨料、细骨料与灰土的比例为1.27∶1.00∶1.00、水灰比为0.7、采用自然养护和淋水保湿的条件下,装修垃圾再生物料免烧砖的28 d抗压强度最高,达到11.72 MPa。
In order to achieve the resource utilization of decoration waste,based on the physical and chemical properties testing of recycled aggregates and lime soil from decoration waste,this study adopts the vibration forming process to prepare unburned bricks.During this process,compressive strength is used as an optimization indicator to analyze the effects of aggregate ratio,water-cement ratio,and curing conditions on the compressive strength of unburned bricks.The experimental results indicate that adjusting the aggregate ratio can improve particle size distribution and increase the strength of bricks;the strength of unburned bricks shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of water-cement ratio,and the water-cement ratio should be as small as possible under the conditions of meeting the molding conditions of brick billets;during the maintenance phase,humidity is an important factor in the formation of strength of unburned bricks.Under the conditions of a ratio of 1.27:1.00:1.00 for coarse,fine aggregates and lime soil,a water-cement ratio of 0.7,and natural curing and watering for moisture retention,the 28 day compressive strength of unburned bricks made of recycled materials from decoration waste is the highest,reaching 11.72 MPa.
