摘要
福建省某金矿原矿中S含量较高,精矿富集难度较大,现场通过添加石灰方式提高精矿品位,但实际操作难度较大,影响回收率指标。本研究在优化浮选条件抑制硫、添加特效捕金剂强化浮选、重选+浮选工艺优化等方面开展试验,在保证精矿Au品位的前提下,Au回收率均有一定幅度提高,为下一步工艺优化提供了方向和数据支撑。
The S content in the raw ore of a certain gold mine in Fujian Province is relatively high,making it difficult to enrich the concentrate,on site,the concentrate grade is improved by adding lime,but the actual operation is difficult and affects the recovery rate index.This study conducts experiments on optimizing flotation conditions to suppress sulfur,adding special gold trapping agents to enhance flotation,and optimizing gravity separation+flotation process,on the premise of ensuring the Au grade of the concentrate,the Au recovery rate has been significantly improved,providing direction and data support for the next step of process optimization.
