青岛市外调水水权区域交易现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Regional Trading of Water Rights for External Water Diversion in Qingdao City

水资源短缺是严重制约经济发展的关键因素,引起社会的广泛关注。青岛市作为重度缺水城市,近年来开展南水北调工程,取得显著效果。本文从外调水水权区域交易入手,调查外调水利用情况,分析外调水水权区域交易需求,并提出优化外调水水权区域交易的建议,以更好地解决青岛市缺水问题。

The shortage of water resources is a key factor that seriously restricts economic development and has attracted widespread attention from society.As a city with severe water shortage,Qingdao City has carried out the South to North Water Diversion Project in recent years and achieved significant results.Starting from the regional trading of water rights for external water diversion,this paper investigates the utilization of external water diversion,analyzes the demand for regional trading of water rights for external water diversion,and proposes suggestions for optimizing regional trading of water rights for external water diversion,in order to better solve the water shortage problem in Qingdao City.
