摘要
以上海市生态环境局开展的一般工业固废年度申报数据为基础,本文分析松江区2019年、2020年、2021年的产生、利用与处置情况。结果表明,松江区的一般工业固废主要由产废量超百吨的企业产生,处理方式以综合利用为主,但主要依靠外区或外省利用单位,管理中存在标准不完善、去向不明、监管不足的情况。因此,要健全法规标准体系,推进收处能力建设,强化区域合作监管。
Based on the annual declaration data of general industrial solid wastes carried out by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment,this paper analyzes the generation,utilization and disposal of Songjiang District in 2019,2020 and 2021.The results show that the general industrial solid wastes in Songjiang District are mainly produced by enterprises that produce more than 100 tons of waste,the treatment method is mainly comprehensive utilization,but mainly depends on the use units in other districts or provinces,there are imperfect standards,unclear destinations,and insufficient supervision in the management.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the regulatory and standard system,promote the construction of collection and processing capabilities,and strengthen regional cooperation and supervision.
