基于现代水网的城镇排水体系研究

摘要 当今社会高度关注生态建设,环境治理需求显著增加。本文结合当前环境治理需求,提出了一种适应现代水网的城镇排水体系。其间以青岛市为例,根据现场调研,结合当地河流水系、行政区划、地形地貌等因素,在尊重现状的基础上,以雨污水资源化利用为目标,优化污水处理设施布局,应用污水管网智慧调配体系,规划污泥无害化处理处置方案;以“慢排缓释”和源头分散式控制为主要雨水规划理念,提升雨水管网覆盖率,同时加强汛期安全管理;通过收集、输送、处理三个步骤,实现农村生活污水全处理。 Today's society attaches great importance to ecological construction,and the demand for environmental governance has significantly increased.Based on the current environmental governance needs,this paper proposes an urban drainage system that adapts to modern water network.During this period,taking Qingdao City as an example,based on on-site research and taking into account factors such as local river systems,administrative divisions and terrain,while respecting the current situation,with the goal of utilizing rainwater and sewage resources,the layout of sewage treatment facilities is optimized,the intelligent allocation system of sewage pipe network is applied,and the harmless sludge treatment and disposal plans are planned;the main rainwater planning concept is"slow discharge and slow release"and decentralized control at the source,thus improving the coverage rate of rainwater pipeline network while strengthening safety management during flood season;complete treatment of rural domestic sewage is achieved through three steps,namely collection,transportation and treatment.
