摘要 在碳达峰碳中和目标以及风光大基地规划建设的新形势下,西北电网新能源电量渗透率升至45%时,西北电网面临严峻的稳态频率调节挑战,需巨型水轮机组自动发电控制(AGC)调节控制西北电网稳态频率,其有功调节的响应时间与调节速率对于系统稳态频率控制具有重要的意义。通过研究拉西瓦700 MW大型水轮机组自动发电控制(AGC)调节各环节之间的相互关系,分析了调节过程中那个环节未及时响应,并针对未能及时响应的环节进行了分析和优化,最终可提升自动发电控制(AGC)的调节响应时间和调节速率。 Under the new situation of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and the planning and construction of large-scale wind and solar bases,when the new energy power penetration rate of northwest power grid rises to 45%,northwest power grid faces severe challenges of steady-state frequency regulation,and the automatic power generation control(AGC)of large-scale hydro turbine units is required to regulate and control the steady-state frequency of northwest power grid,and the response time and regulation rate of active regulation are of great significance for the steady-state frequency control of the system.In this paper,the correlation among the automatic power generation control(AGC)regulation system of Laxiwa 700 MW hydro turbine unit is studied,the link that does not respond timely in the regulation process is analyzed and optimized,which improves the regulation response time and regulation rate of automatic power generation control(AGC).
