上海合作组织扩员问题研究——基于印巴加入上合的视角

Research on the expansion of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization——Based on the accession of India and Pakistan to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization

疫情冲击下区域一体化在曲折中前进,上海合作组织步入发展新征程,但印度和巴基斯坦加入上合所带来的影响犹在,因此研究上海合作组织的扩员问题对促进区域发展一体化、推动各国共同发展具有重要意义。本文基于印巴加入上合的视角,从上合组织的发展历程、印度和巴基斯坦加入上合组织的动因以及上合组织扩员的收益与风险展开研究,从而为上合组织的发展与变革提供经验借鉴,以更好赋能于区域发展的需要。

Under the impact of the epidemic,regional integration is moving forward in twists and turns,and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization has entered a new journey of development.However,the impact of the accession of India and Pakistan to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization is still being felt.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the expansion of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to promote the integration of regional development and promote the common development of all countries.Based on the perspective of India and Pakistan's accession to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,this paper studies the development process of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,the motivation of India and Pakistan's accession to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,and the benefits and risks of the expansion of the Shanghai Coopera tion Organization,so as to provide experience for the development and reform of the SCO,so as to better enable the needs of regional development.
