英国《孤独症学生学校教育标准》的分析及启示

摘要 英国《孤独症学生学校教育标准》以孤独症学生为中心,包含学生特征、关系建立、课程与教学、环境优化四大维度40项具体指标,成为英国中小学校支持孤独症学生发展的综合性、操作性行动指南。通过构建三级培训模式,编制配套的教师孤独症教育能力评价工具与孤独症学生评价工具,英国力图实现学校、教师、孤独症学生三层级的合力发展。基于此,我国孤独症教育实践应在促进观念改变、建立多层级教师培训体系、建设相应标准引领全校计划与行动、关键能力工具开发等方面做出努力。 Schools Autism Standards in the UK is centered on students with autism and contains 40 specific indicators from four dimensions of student characteristics,relationship building,curriculum and teaching,and environmental optimization.It has become a comprehensive and operational action guide for primary and secondary schools in the UK to support the development of students with autism.By constructing a three-level training model and compiling supporting tools for evaluating teachers’autism education ability and students with autism,the UK strives to achieve three-level joint development among schools,teachers and students with autism.Based on this,the basic situation of autism education practice in China,cna promote the circulation of ideas and values,establish a multi-level teacher training system,build corresponding standards to guide the whole school’s plans and actions,and develop key ability tools.
