校企协同培养机械制造类技术技能人才的探索与实践——以成都工业职业技术学院为例

Exploration and Practice on Mechanical Manufacturing Technical Talents Cultivation Based on College-Enterprise Cooperation——Taking Chengdu Vocational&Technical College of Industry as an Example

针对机械制造类技术技能人才培养过程中存在的校企融合度低、人才培养与市场实际需求脱节、人才适应性不高、专业教师能力发展受限等问题,成都工业职业技术学院引进“专精特新”企业,通过共建校内生产性实训基地、创新人才培养模式、共建共享教学资源、打造跨界融合师资队伍,形成共生发展校企命运共同体。人才培养过程中坚持产品导向与实战实训,保障了人才培养质量,为校企协同培养机械制造类技术技能人才提供了有效经验。

In response to the problems existing in the process of cultivating technical talents in mechanical manufacturing,such as low school-enterprise integration,disconnection between talent cultivation and actual market demand,low adaptability of talents,and limited development of professional teachers’abilities,Chengdu Vocational&Technical College of Industry has introduced“specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative”enterprises to jointly build productive training bases on campus,innovate talent cultivation models,jointly build and share teaching resources,and create cross-border integrated teaching teams,to form a community with a shared future for symbiotic development of school and enterprise.Adhering to product orientation and practical training in the process of talent cultivation ensures the quality of talent cultivation and provides effective experience for the collaborative cultivation of mechanical manufacturing technology skilled talents by schools and enterprises.
