“一带一路”背景下高职国际化人才跨文化交际能力培养路径探究

On Cultivation Path of Cross-Cultural Communication Competence of International Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges Under Background of“Belt and Road Initiative”

“一带一路”背景下,为了推动高职教育的国际化发展,培养国际化人才是重中之重。跨文化交际是国际化人才必备的重要能力,加强对高职学生跨文化交际能力的培养是适应时代发展的需要。以跨文化交际能力的内涵和要素为抓手,通过分析高职院校国际化人才跨文化交际能力培养的现状,着力在优化语言文化课程设置和打造多元文化校园环境两个层面下功夫,寻求培养高职国际化人才跨文化交际能力的有效途径。

Under the background of“Belt and Road Initiative”,in order to promote the international development of higher vocational education,training international talents is the top priority.Cross cultural communication is an essential ability for international talents,and strengthening the cultivation of cross-cultural communication skills for vocational college students is a need to adapt to the development of the times.Based on the connotation and elements of intercultural communication competence,this paper analyzes the current situation of intercultural communication competence training of international talents in higher vocational colleges,and focuses on two aspects:optimizing language and culture curriculum and building a multicultural campus environment,so as to seek an effective way to cultivate the intercultural communication competence of international talents in higher vocational colleges.
