孕期血清活性维生素D对孕妇和新生儿甲状腺激素的影响

随着对维生素D研究的进展,活性维生素D即25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]登上热搜。过去人们对维生素D的认识仅限于微量元素之一,而维生素D作为新一类免疫调控激素,发挥着重要作用。孕期维生素D普遍不足及缺乏,近年来孕期甲状腺功能减退症(妊娠期甲减)患病率逐年升高;两者对孕妇及新生儿产生各种不良影响。这两者之间有无相互影响,目前众说纷纭。研究发现在非孕期,维生素D水平与甲状腺疾病密切相关,补充维生素D可降低甲状腺疾病发病率,并能治疗部分甲状腺疾病。若孕期能通过补充维生素D来降低孕妇及新生儿甲状腺疾病患病率,将大大降低孕期及新生儿并发症,保障母儿安全。本文将从孕期活性维生素D对孕妇和新生儿甲状腺激素影响方面做一综述。

As vitamin D study has advanced,active vitamin D,i.e.25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D],has been on the hot seat.The knowledge of vitamin D was limited to one of the trace elements,but as study advanced,vitamin D was found to play an important role as a new class of immunomodulatory hormone.Vitamin D insufficiency or deficiency during pregnancy is common,and the prevalence of hypothyroidism in pregnancy has also increased year on year in recent years.Both phenomena have various adverse effects on pregnant women and their newborns.There is a wide range of opinions as to whether the two are related.Vitamin D levels have been found to be strongly associated with thyroid disorders in the non-pregnant period,and vitamin D supplementation may reduce the incidence of thyroid disorders and treat some thyroid disorders.If the incidence of thyroid diseases in pregnant women and newborns can be reduced by supplementing vitamin D during pregnancy,it will greatly reduce complications during pregnancy and newborns,and ensure the safety of mothers and infants.This paper reviews the effects of active vitamin D during pregnancy on thyroid hormones in pregnant women and newborns.
