非幽门螺杆菌螺杆菌感染致胃黏膜损伤的相关研究进展

Related research progress in gastric mucosal injury caused by non-helicobacter pylori helicobacter infection

近年来随着国内外越来越多对于幽门螺杆菌(Hp)致胃内病变机制的关注与研究,有研究表明,在许多的胃内病变比如慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、胃癌、胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的胃黏膜上均能发现一种形状类似于Hp但是传播途径、致病机制等诸多方面与Hp不同的革兰氏阴性杆菌被称为非幽门螺杆菌螺杆菌(NHPH)的存在,证实了NHPH在胃黏膜损伤导致胃内病变的过程中扮演重要角色,但是受限于目前技术以及体外培养难度,NHPH感染如何损伤胃内黏膜及其与Hp的异同点仍有许多不明确的地方,故本文就胃黏膜损伤的相关机制以及NHPH感染致胃黏膜损伤的相关研究进展进行总结。

In recent years,with more and more attention and research on the mechanism of gastric lesions caused by helicobacter pylori(Hp)at home and abroad,some researches have shown that,a type of Gramnegative bacilli called non-helicobacter pylori helicobacter(NHPH),similar in shape to Hp but different from Hp in route of transmission,pathogenesis and other aspects,can be found in in gastric mucosae of many gastric lesions such as chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer,gastric cancer and mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma,proving that NHPH plays an important role in the process of intragastric lesions caused by gastric mucosal injury.However,due to the currently limited technology and the difficulty in culture in vitro,there are still many unclear aspects of how NHPH infection injures gastric mucosa and its similarities and differences with Hp.Therefore,the related m echanisms of gastric mucosal injury and the related res earch progress of gastric mucosal injury caused by NHPH infection were summarized in this paper.
