美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合耳穴压豆及中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的安全性和有效性

Safety and efficacy of mesalazine enteric-coated tablets+auricular point pressing bean+Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis

目的探究美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合耳穴压豆及中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的安全性和有效性研究。方法选取2021年5月至2022年4月乐昌市中医院肛肠科收治的56例UC患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(28例)和中药组(28例),对照组口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片,中药组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合耳穴压豆及中药保留灌肠治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、内镜评分、不良反应情况。结果中药组的总有效率为96.43%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,中药组的中医证候积分低于对照组,且内镜评分优于对照组(P<0.05);中药组的总不良反应发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的28.57%(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合耳穴压豆及中药保留灌肠治疗UC疗效好,可减少中医证候积分,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of mesalazine enteric-coated tablets+auricular point pressing bean+Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods A total of 56 patients with UC admitted to the Department of Anorectal Surgery in Lechang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into a control group(n=28)and a Chinese medicine group(n=28)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,while the Chinese medicine group received treatment with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets+auricular point pressing bean+Chinese medicine retention enema.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,endoscopic score,and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were observed.Results The overall effective rate in the Chinese medicine group was 96.43%,higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group,and the endoscopic scores were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group was 7.14%,lower than 28.57%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets+auricular point pressing bean+Chinese medicine retention enema is effective in decreasing the TCM syndrome score and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of UC,and therefore this combination is worthy of pr omotion.
