基于市场需求的高职护理特色方向设置研究

Research on the direction setting of characteristic nursing in higher vocational education based on market demand

目的设置满足市场需求的高职护理特色方向,以期提高高职护理毕业生的就业率,拓宽就业半径,同时为社会输送更多高素质的技术技能型人才。方法本研究通过文献资料法与小组讨论法,初步整理出25个高职护理特色方向。2022年9—12月,在山西省内13所设有护理专业的高职院校及附属医院和10所三级甲等综合医院选定专家100名、学生(家长)50名、患者20例,应用德尔菲专家咨询法,进行两轮专家咨询。结果得到19个高职护理特色方向,包括内科护理、外科护理、妇科护理、儿科护理、母婴护理、口腔护理、中医/中西医护理等。结论专家一致认为,这19个护理特色方向,是市场需求较高的高职护理特色方向。可以依托职业院校及医疗机构进一步培养相关特色方向人才,提高高职护理毕业生的就业率,为社会输送更多高素质技术技能型人才。

Objective To set up the characteristic nursing direction in higher vocational education to meet the market demand,so as to improve the employment rate of higher vocational nursing graduates,broaden the employment radius,and provide more high-quality technical and skilled talents for the society.Methods Through the methods of literature review and group discussion,25 characteristic nursing directions in higher vocational education were preliminarily sorted out in this research.A total of 100 experts,50 students(parents)and 20 patients from 13 higher vocational colleges and affiliated hospitals with nursing specialty and 10 class A tertiary general hospitals in Shanxi Province from September to December 2022 were selected.Meanwhile,Delphi expert consultation method was applied to conduct two rounds of expert consultation.Results A total of 19 characteristic nursing directions in higher vocational education were obtained,including internal medicine nursing,surgical nursing,gynecological nursing,pediatric nursing,maternal and infant nursing,oral nursing,traditional Chinese medicine/traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing,etc.Conclusion Experts unanimously agree that these 19 characteristic nursing directions are the characteristic nursing directions in higher vocational education with relatively higher market demand.By relying on vocational colleges and medical institutions,talents proficient in relevant characteristic directions can be further cultivated,with improved employment rate of higher vocational nursing graduates,and more high-quality technical and skilled talents delivered to the society.
