临床药学本科实习基地医院实习带教模式的调查研究

Investigation and research on the hospital internship teaching mode of internship base for clinical pharmacy undergraduates

目的探讨建立完善、规范的临床药学本科生实习模式和运行机制。方法选取山东省内7家知名的临床药学本科实习基地医院,从带教临床药师的角度,对带教临床药师资质、实习安排、实习带教模式特点、实习带教效果等方面进行问卷调查。结果各带教医院在带教临床药师资质、实习安排、实习带教模式方面不尽相同,各家医院带教临床药师学历、职称层次等水平较高,85.7%的医院带教临床药师参与度较高,采用了案例教学、互动教学等多种带教方式,但仍存在带教人数不足,小部分医院实习时间较短及带教临床药师参与度不高的情况,仅57.1%的医院带教药师认为学生毕业后的岗位胜任力为“基本可以”。结论现有的临床药学本科医院实习缺少统一的实习大纲,实习带教模式和运行机制亟待规范、改进和完善。

Objective To investigate the establishment of a sophisticated and standardized internship mode and operating mechanism for clinical pharmacy undergraduates.Methods A total of 7 well-known internship base hospitals for clinical pharmacy undergraduates in Shandong province were selected.From the perspective of teaching clinical pharmacists,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the qualifications of teaching clinical pharmacists,internship arrangements,characteristics of internship teaching mode and internship teaching effects.Results Each teaching hospital was different in the aspects of teaching clinical pharmacists’qualification,internship arrangement and internship teaching mode.The levels of each hospital’s teaching clinical pharmacists’academic qualifications and professional titles,etc.,were relatively high.85.7%of the teaching clinical pharmacists in the 7 hospitals had a higher degree of participation,with various teaching methods such as case teaching and interactive teaching adopted.However,there were still insufficient teaching staff,relatively shorter internship time and low participation of teaching clinical pharmacists in a few hospitals.Only 57.1%of hospital teaching pharmacists believed that the post competence of students after graduation was“basically OK”.Conclusion The existing hospital internship for clinical pharmacy undergraduates lacks a unified internship outline,and the internship teaching mode and operating mechanism are in urgent need to be standardized,improved and sophisticated.
