国内胃管置管研究热点及趋势的可视化知识图谱分析

A visual knowledge map analysis on hotspots and trends in gastric tube placement studies in China

目的探索我国自2000年以来胃管置管相关研究的现状及热点趋势。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普网、CBM数据库自2000年1月1日至2021年12月31日发表在统计源核心期刊上的胃管置管研究文献。采用COOC12.6和VOSviewer1.6.13软件在多数据库混合去重的基础上构建发文量、发文机构以及关键词的可视化图谱,以了解国内胃管置管相关研究的现状和发展趋势。结果共纳入文献1180篇。年度发文量缓慢上升达峰值后降至平稳波动状态。研究机构以四川大学华西医院最为突出。关键词频次最高的主题是置管长度、置管困难,关键词聚类分析得到7个聚类分别是置管困难、置管长度、舒适度、位置判断、并发症、体表测量、吞咽困难,近5年出现的热点主题分别是位置判断、留置时间、循证护理。结论胃管置管研究目前处于平稳发展期,近年来的研究聚焦于置管长度、置管困难、位置判断、舒适度等领域,而位置判断、置管时间、循证护理已成为近年来的前沿趋势。

Objective To explore the current status,hotspots and trends of studies related to gastric tube placement in China since 2000.Methods The literature on gastric tube placement published in core journals of statistical sources of China National Knowledge Internet,Wanfang database,VIP and CBM database from January 1,2000 to December 31,2021 were retrieved.COOC12.6 and VOSviewer1.6.13 softwares were used to construct a visual map featuring"number of publications-publishing institutions-keywords"after de-weighting of multiple mixed databases,in order to investigate the current status and development trend of studies related to gastric tube placement in China.Results A total of 1180 articles were included in this study.The number of annual publications increased slowly to a peak and then fell to a stable fluctuation state.The institution with the most publications was the West China Hospital of Sichuan University.The themes with the highest keyword frequency were tube placement depth and difficulty in placement,and the seven clusters obtained from keyword cluster analysis were difficulty in placement,tube placement depth,comfort,position judgment,complications,body surface measurements,and dysphagia,and the hot themes that emerged in the last five years were position judgment,tube indwelling time,and evidence-based nursing.Conclusion Gastric tube placement study is currently in a period of steady development,with hotspots of studies as tube placement depth,difficulty in placement,position judgement and comfort,and position judgement,tube indwelling time,and evidence-based nursing as cutting-edge trends in recent years.
