摘要
就古典劳动诗歌来分析劳动教育的意蕴,意在回返个体成人的基础性视域,拓展劳动教育的文化意涵。个体在劳动之中,不仅仅是劳其筋骨,同时也是向着劳动之物打开自我身体官能,向着他人打开自我生命之爱与希望,向着天地四时打开自我生命节律,劳动教育的意涵乃是以劳动的方式引导个体融身天地他人之中。劳动的展开呈现出不同的年龄阶段特征,成年人的劳动更多地呈现为向着家庭的责任分担,儿童的劳动则更多地基于儿童天性。由此,劳动教育的意涵乃是以劳动的方式促成个体在天性与责任之间趋向个体成人。个体成人趋于完成阶段,则意味着个体对劳动之艰辛的勇敢担当。今日劳动教育应体现劳动形式的多样性与简朴劳动的基础性。在个体成人初始阶段体验人类初始性的生存方式,实际上就是把人类初始性的生存方式置于个体生存的基础性结构之中,以扩展个体生活的基本视域,扩展意义生活的可能性。
This article analyzes the meaning of labor education contained in the classical poetry of labor education,which aims to back to the basic vision of individual adults and expands the cultural implications of labor education.In the process of labor,not only can individuals exhaust their muscles,but also can activate self-body functions to open the love and hope to others.In the process of labor,not only can individuals open a self-rhythm of life to others,but also can make the meaning of labor education to be that leading individuals to integrate themselves with the nature and others.The spreading of labor presents different characteristics in different age stages.Adults’labor activities share more responsibilities to family,while children’s labor activities show more children’s nature.As a result,the classical meaning of labor education is promoting individuals to be adults.Individual adults imply individuals can take on difficulties and hardships of labor.Today’s labor education should present diverse forms of labor and the fundamental quality of simple labor.
