单根电线电缆垂直阻燃性能测试方法解析

摘要 基于国家标准GB/T 18380.12-2022/IEC 60332-1-2:2015《电缆和光缆在火焰条件下的燃烧试验第12部分:单根绝缘电线电缆火焰垂直蔓延试验1 kW预混合型火焰试验方法》和GB/T18380.22-2008/IEC 60332-2-2:2004《电缆和光缆在火焰条件下的燃烧试验第22部分:单根绝缘细电线电缆火焰垂直蔓延试验扩散型火焰试验方法》,对单根电线电缆垂直阻燃性能测试方法进行溯源分析,特别对引燃源及其位置进行详细解读,归纳分析试验的影响因素。 Based on the national standard Test on Electric and Optical Fibre Cables under Fire Conditions-Part 12:Test for Vertical Flame Propagation for a Single Insulated Wire or Cable-Procedure for 1 kW Pre-mixed Flame(GB/T 18380.12-20221IEC60332-1-2:2015)and Test on Electric and Optical Fibre Cables under Fire Conditions-Part 22:Test for Vertical Flame Propagation for a Single Small Insulated Wire or Cable-Procedure for Diffusion Flame(GB 1 T 18380.22-2008/IEC 60332-2-2:2004),the vertical flame retardancy test method of single wire and cable is traced and analyzed and especially the ignition source and its location are interpreted in detail.In addition,the influencing factors of the test are summarized and analyzed.
