非编码RNA在调控子宫内膜蜕膜化中的研究进展

摘要 蜕膜化是子宫内膜组织为胚胎植入发生的一系列重塑过程,是胚胎植入和发育的必备前提,对正常妊娠的维持也具有重要意义。近年来,关于非编码RNA调控子宫内膜蜕膜化的研究取得了许多重要进展。该文主要对miRNA、lncRNA和circRNA等非编码RNA调控子宫内膜蜕膜化的研究进展进行综述,为深入探讨子宫内膜蜕膜化调控机制,寻找相关疾病的诊疗靶点提供新思路。 Decidualization is a series of remodeling processes of endometrial tissue for embryo implantation,a prerequisite for embryo implantation and development,and is of great significance for the maintenance of normal pregnancy.In recent years,many important advances have been made in the regulation of endometrial decidualization by non-coding RNA.In this paper,re-search progress of non-coding RNA,such as miRNA,lncRNA and circRNA were summarized,to provide new ideas to deeply explore regulatory mechanism of endometrial decidualization and seek diagnosis and treatment target for the disease.
