摘要
师德失范行为治理是提高教师师德水平、培养造就高素质专业化教师队伍的内在要求,也是推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要内容。当前中小学教师师德失范行为治理在实践中面临法规体系不健全、治理程序不规范、治理主体单一化、治理机制不完善等现实问题。基于问题分析,笔者从立法引领、完善程序、多方共治、系统施治等方面提出优化路径。
The governance of unethical behaviors of teachers is an internal requirement for improving teachers'ethical standards and cultivating a high-quality professional teacher team,and it is also an important content for promoting the modernization of the education governance system and governance capacity.Currently,the governance of unethical behaviors of teachers in primary and secondary schools faces practical problems such as the imperfect legal system,non-standardized governance procedures,the single governance subject,and the imperfect governance mechanisms.Based on problem analysis,this article proposes an optimized pathway from the aspects of legislation leading,perfecting procedures,multi-party governance,and systematic governance.
