摘要
针对喀斯特地貌区发育较强、地质情况复杂、成桩施工困难的问题,采用人工挖孔灌注桩并结合水磨钻分割孔内岩层、孔内钢筋笼绑扎、孔壁处理等技术,混凝土浇筑使用辅助振捣装置;完成了超长灌注桩的施工,满足了桩基入岩要求,防止了孔壁的坍塌,保证了工程的质量,提高了工作效率。
Aiming at the problems of strong karst development,complex geological conditions and difficult pile construc⁃tion in karst area,artificial hole digging cast-in-place pile is adopted,combined with water grinding drilling to divide rock strata in the hole,binding of steel cage in the hole,hole wall treatment,and auxiliary vibration device is used in concrete pouring.The construction of super-long cast-in-place pile is completed,which sat⁃isfies the requirements of pile foundation into rock,prevents the collapse of pore wall,ensures the quality of the project,improves the work efficiency.
