激光熔覆制备钴基复合涂层研究现状分析 被引量:2

Research Status and Analysis of Co-Based Composite Coatings Prepared by Laser Cladding

摘要 激光熔覆具有熔覆层组织致密、涂层与基体结合良好、稀释率及变形小等优点。钴基合金因具有高硬度,以及较好的耐磨性、耐高温性和耐蚀性等特点,在激光熔覆中得到广泛使用。本文对激光熔覆制备钴基合金涂层的国内外研究现状进行了分析,探讨了激光功率、扫描速度和送粉速率等主要工艺参数对涂层熔覆质量和性能的影响,总结了硬质相陶瓷粉末、稀土和固体润滑剂等添加剂,以及其他辅助工艺对改善钴基合金熔覆性能方面的相关研究。最后对激光熔覆钴基合金的不足和发展趋势进行了总结和展望。 Laser cladding has the advantages of compact microstructure,good bonding between coating and substrate,and small dilution rate and deformation.Cobased alloy is widely used in laser cladding because of its high hardness,good wear resistance,high temperature resistance,and corrosion resistance.In this paper,the research status of laser cladding preparation of cobaltbased alloy coatings at home and abroad is analyzed,and the influence of main process parameters such as laser power,scanning speed,and powder feeding rate on the quality and performance of coating cladding is discussed.The related researches on additives such as hard phase ceramic powder,rare earth and solid lubricant additives,and other auxiliary processes to improve the performance of Cobased alloys are summarized.Finally,the insufficiency and development trend of laser cladding cobaltbased alloys are summarized and prospected.
