抗菌药物治疗幽门螺杆菌感染消化性溃疡的临床效果

Clinical effect of antibiotics in the treatment of peptic ulcer infected by Helicobacter pylori

目的观察抗菌药物治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月—2021年6月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的Hp感染消化性溃疡患者90例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组45例。对照组采用胃酸分泌药物及铋剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用抗菌药物治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、抗Hp感染疗效、治疗前后症状积分、治疗满意度及不良反应。结果观察组患者总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%(χ^(2)=6.049,P=0.014);治疗后,2组患者症状积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者Hp感染治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%(χ^(2)=6.154,P=0.013);观察组与对照组患者不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(6.67%vs.15.56%,χ^(2)=1.800,P=0.719);观察组患者治疗总满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的75.56%(χ^(2)=5.414,P=0.019)。结论抗菌药物治疗Hp感染消化性溃疡的效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,对溃疡愈合具有积极促进作用,可有效提升患者Hp清除效果,临床安全性较高,患者治疗满意度较高,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of antibiotics in the treatment of peptic ulcer infected by Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods Ninety patients with Hp infection with peptic ulcer admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gastric acid secreting drugs and bismuth,and the observation group was treated with antibacterial drugs on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,anti-Hp infection efficacy,symptom score before and after treatment,treatment satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 82.22%of control group(χ^(2)=6.049,P=0.014).After treatment,symptom scores in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 77.78%of control group(χ^(2)=6.154,P=0.013).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(6.67%vs.15.56%,χ^(2)=1.800,P=0.719).The total satisfaction of observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 75.56%of control group(χ^(2)=5.414,P=0.019).Conclusion Antibiotics in the treatment of Hp infected peptic ulcer effect is exact,can effectively improve clinical symptoms,has a positive role in promoting ulcer healing,can effectively improve the effect of Hp clearance in patients,high clinical safety,high treatment satisfaction of patients,worthy of reference.
