来曲唑在多囊卵巢综合征促排卵治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of letrozole in ovulation induction treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的观察来曲唑在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)促排卵治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的PCOS患者76例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。观察组予来曲唑片治疗,对照组予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,2组均用药5 d。比较2组患者治疗效果,治疗前后性激素(促黄体生成素、睾酮、促卵泡激素和雌二醇)水平、子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数目及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组的71.05%(χ^(2)=9.896,P=0.002);2组治疗后促黄体生成素、促卵泡激素和雌二醇水平较治疗前升高,睾酮水平较治疗前降低,子宫内膜厚度与成熟卵泡数目较治疗前增加,且观察组各项变化程度大于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组不良反应总发生率为31.58%,低于对照组的55.26%(χ^(2)=4.338,P=0.037)。结论来曲唑在多囊卵巢综合征促排卵治疗中的应用效果显著,可有效改善患者性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度及成熟卵泡数,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the application effect of letrozole in ovulation induction treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 76 PCOS patients admitted to the Hospital of the 73rd Group Army of the People′s Liberation Army from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected.All patients were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with letrozole tablets,and the control group was treated with clomifene citrate capsules.Both groups were treated for 5 days.After treatment,the treatment effects of two groups of patients were compared,and changes in levels of sex hormones(luteinizing hormone,testosterone,follicle stimulating hormone,and estradiol),endometrial thickness,and number of mature follicles were compared before and after treatment.And compared the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.37%,higher than 71.05%in the control group(χ^(2)=9.896,P=0.002).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,and estradiol in both groups increased compared to before treatment,while testosterone levels decreased compared to before treatment.The thickness of the endometrium and the number of mature follicles increased compared to before treatment,and the degree of changes in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 31.58%,lower than 55.26%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.338,P=0.037).Conclusion The application effect of letrozole in ovulation induction therapy for polycystic ovary syndrome is significant.The drug effectively improved the patient′s sex hormone levels,endometrial thickness,and number of mature follicles.And the safety is high.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
