谢晶日教授认为功能性消化不良的核心病机是六郁伐脾,脾失其用,升降失司,壅滞中焦,以生满痛。气、血、痰、火、湿、食郁等六郁为其发病诱因,脾胃虚弱为其发病基础,属本虚标实之证。临证提出“无郁不成痞,消痞先解郁”的学术理念。治疗上主张通、消、补三法同用,善于肝脾同调以行气郁、袪湿(痰)郁,辅以消食郁、降火郁、化血郁等治法清化六郁治其标,健脾扶正治其本,攻补兼施,疗效确切。
