小青龙汤联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗人支气管哮喘的疗效及对T淋巴细胞、炎症因子的影响

Effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule on adult patients with bronchial asthma and the influence of T lymphocytes and inflammatory factors

目的:探讨小青龙汤联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗成人支气管哮喘的疗效及对T淋巴细胞、炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2021年9月~2022年9月在我院就诊的86例支气管哮喘患者纳入研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(小青龙汤联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗)与对照组(苏黄止咳胶囊治疗),各43例。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应及治疗前后的中医证候积分、T淋巴细胞(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后各中医证候积分显著低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)显著高于治疗前,CD8^(+)显著低于治疗前,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-6、CRP、TNF-α显著低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小青龙汤联合苏黄止咳胶囊可改善支气管哮喘患者的T淋巴细胞、炎症因子水平,治疗效果好,且不良反应少。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule on adult patients with bronchial asthma and the influence of T lymphocytes and inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 86patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from September 2021to September 2022were selected and divided into the observation group(Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule)and the control group(Suhuang Zhike capsule)according to the random number table method,with 43cases in each group.The treatment effect,adverse reactions,TCM syndrome score,T lymphocyte(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and CD8^(+)was significantly lower than that before treatment.CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Il-6,CRP and TNF-αin the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule can improve the levels of T lymphocytes and inflammatory factors in patients with bronchial asthma,with good therapeutic effects and fewer adverse reactions.
