补肾活血促排汤联合多光谱照射对肾虚血瘀型PCOS患者性激素、25-(OH)D_(3)、炎症因子的影响

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Cupai decoction combined with multispectral irradiation on sex hormone,25-(OH)D3 and inflammatory factors in PCOS patients with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis

目的:评价补肾活血促排汤联合多光谱照射对肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素、25-(OH)D_(3)、炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2021年4月-2022年7月符合标准的120例肾虚血瘀型PCOS患者,随机分为对照组60例和观察组60例。对照组予多光谱照射联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片,观察组予多光谱照射联合补肾活血促排汤。连续治疗3个月经周期,观察2组治疗前后中医证候评分、性激素、25-羟基维生素D_(3)(25-(OH)D_(3))、炎症因子改善情况。结果:2组患者经过3个月经周期治疗后,中医证候评分、性激素、25-(OH)D_(3)、炎症因子均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。其中观察组中医证候评分远低于对照组(P<0.05),脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)、TC、VD、IL-8、IL-6改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血促排汤联合多光谱照射治疗肾虚血瘀型PCOS患者疗效良好,可明显降低患者性激素、炎症因子,提高维生素D水平,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Cupai Decoction combined with multispectral irradiation on clinical indicators of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients with syndrome of kidney deficiency.Methods:From April 2021to July 2022A total of 120PCOS patients with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into control group(60cases)and experimental group(60cases).Both groups were treated with multispectral irradiation,the control group was given ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets,and the experimental group was given Bushen Huoxue Cupai decoction.The treatment was continued for 3menstrual cycles,the improvement of TCM symptoms score,sex hormones,25-hydroxyvitamin D3(25-(OH)D3)and inflammatory factors were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After 3menstrual cycles of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,sex hormone,25-(OH)D3 and inflammatory factors in the 2groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA),TC,VD,IL-8and IL-6were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Cupai decoction combined with multispectral irradiation has good efficacy in the treatment of PCOS patients with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,which can significantly reduce sex hormones and inflammatory factors,and improve vitamin D level,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
