热敏灸联合放疗对肺癌患者放射性肺损伤的防治作用研究

Prevention and treatment effects of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with radiotherapy on radiation lung injury inpatients with lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨热敏灸联合放疗对肺癌患者放射性肺损伤(RILI)的防治作用。方法采用随机数字表法将九江市第三人民医院2020年6月至2022年2月收治的接受肺部肿瘤放疗的80例肺癌患者分为两组,每组40例。对照组予以放疗+基础治疗,观察组加用热敏灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清学指标水平、RILI发生率及严重程度。结果观察组临床客观缓解率较对照组高,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)和血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)水平及RILI总发生率、2~4级RILI发生率较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸联合放疗可降低RILI发生率,减轻其严重程度,其机制可能与抑制TNF-α、IL-6、TGF-β1、FGF、PDGF表达有关。 Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment effects of the heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with radiotherapy on radiation lung injury(RILI)in the patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with lung cancer undergoing lung cancer radiotherapy in the Jiujiang Municipal Third People′s Hospital from June 2020 to February 2022 were divided into the two groups by the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given the radiotherapy+basic treatment,and the observation group was added with the heat-sensitive moxibustion.The clinical effects,serological indexes levels,incidence rate and severity of RILI were compared between the two groups.Results The objective response rate after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),fibroblast growth factor(FGF)and platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF),the total incidence rate of RILI and incidence rate of grade 2-4 RILI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with radiotherapy could reduce the RILI incidence rate and alleviate its severity,its mechanism may be related to the expression of TNF-α,IL-6,TGF-β1,FGF and PDGF.
